All services require upfront payment. Accepted payment method is bank transfer.

b. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

c. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the service cannot be delivered as described. Partial refunds may be granted at the company's discretion based on the nature of the issue.

d. Liability Disclaimer

LargeBytes will not be held liable for any indirect losses, including data loss or business disruption, resulting from the use of our services.

e. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of any deliverables created during the project. LargeBytes reserves the right to use content produced during the service for promotional purposes unless the client notifies us in writing to opt out.

a. EasyVideo Coaching

1. Service Description

EasyVideo Coaching helps clients improve their on-camera presence through guided coaching, recording assistance, and editing services.

2. Payment and Scheduling

Payment must be made via bank transfer and received at least 24 hours before the scheduled recording session.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring their recording environment is prepared based on suggestions from the initial meeting, including necessary equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones).
